It's been an exciting few weeks for the cattle out on Broad Street. They witnessed crazed baseball fans take to the streets and riot the night the Phillies won the pennant, and they saw millions of people show up a few days later for a ticker tape parade. Last Tuesday, they watched Philadelphians pour into the street, celebrating the election of Barack Obama as the next President, his acceptance speech playing on the other side of their window. They have also bore witness to both the sunny and rainy, but mostly cool, days of October 2008, and I am sorry to say that their time in the Window on Broad Street has come to an end.

Stay tuned for an artist's book, The Patty Melt, to be released before Christmas, 2008.
Now if only I could find someone to make me a whole mess of chocolate cheeseburgers...
